•  Mr. Cheng practices in the areas of business and tort litigation and general corporate law.

•  Prior to joining Margolis & Tisman in 2009, Mr. Cheng served as a legal intern for the Honorable John Chiang, California State Controller. In the Summer of 2008, Mr. Cheng clerked for Coleman & Associates with an emphasis in insurance and public entity defense.

•  While in law school, Mr. Cheng served as an extern for the Honorable Margaret M. Morrow in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. In 2007, Mr. Cheng also served as an extern for the U.S. Department of Justice – Office of the U.S. Trustee.
