•  Prior to joining Margolis & Tisman in 2008, Mr. Pai clerked at the Disability Rights Legal Center during the summer of 2006 and also clerked at the in-house claims counsel for AIG Personal Lines Claims from 2007-2008.

• While in law school, Mr. Pai was a Staff Member and Senior Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review, where he published a Note entitled Watts v. Bedford Primary Care Trust: The Uncertain Prognosis for Health Tourism in the European Union, 29 Loy. L.A. Int. & Comp. L. Rev. 553 (2007).
