Received his B.S. (Summa Cum Laude) in Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University (1976) and his J.D. from Hastings College of Law (1979), where he was a Milton D. Green Scholar, Thurston Society Member and Associate Editor of the Hastings Law Journal.
Started practice at the firm that became known as Fulop & Hardee, Beverly Hills, California, practicing in the area of commercial and real estate litigation. Later, Mr. Regele worked at McKittrick, Jackson, DeMarco & Peckenpaugh, Newport Beach, California. Mr. Regele also served as Associate General Counsel for Postal Instant Press, where he was responsible for managing and handling the company's nationwide litigation portfolio involving franchise and general commercial issues.
Joined Margolis & Tisman LLP in 2001.
Mr. Regele is a business litigator with extensive trial and appellate practice in federal and state courts involving general commercial, real estate, franchise, employment, and competitive business practices litigation.
Admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and District of Columbia Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California. |
