•  Appointed as Administrative Law Judge for the Texas Railroad Commission in Austin , Texas (1991-92).

•  Practiced business law, product liability and construction defect litigation at Kolts & Nawa in Pasadena, California (1992-1997).

•  Joined Margolis & Tisman LLP in 1997. Practices primarily business and employment law. Ms. Toutant has substantial expertise in class action litigation in both state and federal courts, including at the appellate level.

•  Born and raised in Pasadena/San Marino, California, and she and her family continue to be active members of that civic community.
